10 Upcoming Technology
Today let's talk about new trend of technology which be promoted and launched in 2013. My professor had post the website about 10 new devices of this year and I think that can inspired me to create a new thing for this world. Few years ago, someone said to me that we will have automatic cars which we don't need to control. First, I don't believe that will be happen or not but, there are self-driving car and can use in the real world. This product was developed by Google and in this blog you will see the other product which was developed by Google too.
Let's start with the first one, Google Glass! I like this product so much and I think this product will be very popular because they can make our daily life easier.
I have seen video presentation of this product which made by Google. This video present about function of Google glass. You can take a photo and share on social network, book concert ticket for your Friday night, see the massage from your friend and answer with your voice or video call with your friends. All of this function use user's voice to control which very easy.

The second product is 3D Printer. This technology isn't new for the industrial but this printer is for personal! Can you imagine when you create your own home model and make it to be real one? This printer use laser to make the hole or some area which need to be blank. Cost of this printer is $2799 and I think this cost isn't too expensive to buy. Nowadays, 3D printer is used in many field like in Hollywood. You will never know that the James Bond's Aston martins which crash in the movie was made from 3D printer.
Oculus Rift
Next is the new virtual reality. These device will make the user see thing in 3D, for example, user can use this device when playing game and they can move their head to see scenario in 3D. This device come from Oculus Rift company which continued develop this device for 3D scenario for user. Price of these products are about $300 so, the gamer or people who like to watch cartoon, anime or movies will be love them. I think, this product was launched in the right time because people love to see things in high definitions. The Oculus Rift will be popular and will be fast develop in the future.
Leap Motion
This product will be have pre-order in February 2013 and price is only $70. Nowadays, controlling you pc or smartphone by touching is our normal life but 'Leap Motion' is allow users to control their screen by moving fingers! You can see in this video, he can scroll down, slide to next page of zoom by only move his fingers. I think Leap Motion and Oculus Rift will change the world of gaming in the future for sure.
Eye Tribe
For previous product, I said the way to control your device will be change and Leap Motion show us that they can make user control device by finger. However, Eye Tribe is more. They use only eye movement! Eye Tribe will detect user's eye and then controlling will be on your eye movement. Now, you can play Fruit Ninja by moving your eye. If you want to try, you must wait for product launch in this year.
SmartThings
Have you ever think about your smartphone can be remote control of door or car? There are many device around ourselves but they are one purpose for each device. SmartThings are device which will make your device be smart as you want. They will make your smart phone can alarm when there are any fire or can turn on the light at your house. Especially, cost of smartThings is only $500. You may think that price is too high but if you buy 10 devices to do 10 thing, I think it will be same price. More over you can carry only one device to do 10 things!
Firefox OS
Finally, Firefox decided to develop new mobile operating system. The most important thing is open source. User can develop or edit. Now, firefox os is run on android mobile phone. And they support web technology such as HTML5 or CSS3.
Project Fiona
This device will be the most favorite one for game lover because they was made for playing game. This device capability with Intel core i7 and can render all game on PC. They will be launched in this year and there are no other device which can do same thing like Fiona. I think it will be large change in gaming.
Parallella
This technology will make our computer be smarter and stronger because the computer will be run multi-program in the same time. Super computer will be developed and use widely if this technology is moving forward. Especially for cost of this product, there will be started at only $99! However, the recommend user are programmable on linux or windows because they can use this product to create their own project.
Google Driverless Car
Finally, we move to the tenth of new technology of this year. Google Self Drive Car is the one that we should follow because they will made the world change! People who can't drive car will be more convenience and safety. I think this product can help a lot of people and can be inspired for others who want to create the new thing that other people don't believe.
